KEL02 – 20030309 – KELLE, CONGO : An agent of the Congolese Red Cross disinfects a room of the Kelle hospital, northwestern Congo, where an Ebola fever infected patient lies 09 March 2003. There is no known medical cure for Ebola, which is frequently transmitted by gorillas and other species, can kill in three days and is currently endangering villagers in northwest Congo, where 88 people have died.
